* Registration fee includes annual Texas PRIMA membership. If you have already renewed, the membership portion will automatically be deducted from your registration fee. Membership fees are $75 Public Entity employee, $150 Risk Pool employee and $225 Corporate employee. Memberships are per individual, not per entity.

** ONLINE REGISTRATION MUST BE INITIATED USING THE CONFERENCE ATTENDEE'S EMAIL ADDRESS (if first-time Texas PRIMA event attendee) OR LOGIN INFORMATION (if Texas PRIMA member or past event attendee). Using a purchasing agent's email will cause the conference attendee to miss valuable information, their registration process will be delayed during check-in and a duplicate record will be created. There is an option to have the receipt/invoice emailed to a different email address on the payment page. If registering more than one attendee, you must log out after completing each form or the previous submission will be overwritten!
IF YOUR ENTITY REQUIRES YOUR MEMBERSHIP INVOICE TO APPEAR SEPARATELY FROM YOUR CONFERENCE INVOICE: Pay your membership renewal first. Once you receive your paid membership receipt, you can register for the conference and the membership dues will be removed from your form.
