Veronica’s main responsibility is overseeing all liability, litigation, and worker’s compensation claims. She oversaw a change in their department to a 504 WC program to focus on addressing the employee’s injuries faster and more efficiently. This has produced cost savings and a decline in claims. She currently sits on a law enforcement crash review board for motor vehicle accidents with the goal being to improve driving habits and reducing motor vehicle accidents.
