Cheryl has enjoyed a long and accomplished career with Mesquite ISD, where she has devoted more than 31 years of service. A Texas PRIMA member since 2016, Cheryl has frequently served on the Education Committee over the years. She considers Texas PRIMA to be an invaluable resource in her career; through continuing education and networking opportunities, she has furthered her professional development and built meaningful connections with fellow members. She has attended the Texas PRIMA Conference annually since 2016 and has consistently enjoyed the extensive educational content and speakers. Her favorite life motto is “Always Have a Plan B,” a philosophy she feels aligns perfectly with her work as a Risk Manager.
