The Alluring Value of Simplicity:  Launching Changes that Stick

Our brains have a built-in safety mechanism that causes us to naturally resist change, even if that change will ultimately improve our life or work.  So how do you get people to change when their brains view change as a threat?

Join us for an interesting storytelling session on how to surface the desire to change in ourselves and others.  You’ll discover:

•    Three brain hacks for bypassing our natural resistance to change.
•    Why purchasing that 5 am flight six months before your trip seems like such a great idea at the time, but feels like a really poor choice the night before you leave and how to use that experience to get change buy-in in your work environment.
•    How to embrace the alluring value of simplicity when designing effective change programs.
