Bo Joseph is Staff Attorney and the Subrogation Department Manager for the Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool (TMLIRP). As part of his responsibilities, Bo works on issues affecting TMLIRP’s members in front of the Texas Legislature including providing testimony, bill analysis, and bill drafting.  Prior to joining TMLIRP in 2012, he was a trial lawyer in private practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts across Texas. Bo received his undergraduate degree in political science/economics from Texas Lutheran University and a law degree from St. Mary’s University. He has also completed the Institute for Managerial Leadership Certificate Program from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
